Responsibilities:
Ensure all accounting reports are accurate and to complete in accordance with local accepted accounting practices and tax requirements as well as corporate policies
Ensure account payables are captured and payment executed on timely manner
Ensure all accounting entries/ adjustments to be captured timely and accurately
Ensure monthly submission of management reports by providing analysis of variances
Assist in accounting activities and preparation of year-end audit activities
Assist in financial process review and re-engineering, and systems implementation
Maintain files and documentation (via sharedpoint) thoroughly and accurately in accordance with regulatory requirements
Any other duties assigned by the Superior
Requirements:
- At least a Diploma in Accountancy / Business / Economic disciplines
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance functions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Power point)
- Meticulous with a flair for figures, independent, team player and able to meet tight deadlines
- Have initiative and can work independently
- Knowledge on SAP/ERP system will be an advantage
- Candidates without the relevant experience are encouraged to apply as Officer level

Responsibilities:
- Manage the accounts receivable process, including invoicing, collections, posting of receipts and reconciliation of accounts
- To document and update the accounting functions to identify the system and process that affect other departments
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the implementation of best practices and procedures for accounting
- Explore payment gateways to deliver seamless customers’ payment experience

Requirements:
