Note: Orders received on Saturday after 13:30pm or any time on Sunday/Public Holiday can only be confirmed by the NEXT working day. As such, earliest delivery can only be done between 2PM to 6:00PM on that same working day.

We are unable to guarantee delivery requests for a specific time or time frame as this is subjected to our drivers' availability, route and delivery load.

You may place your orders as per normal. Our drivers will take note of such addresses. Please provide us with the contact number of the recipient(s) so that our delivery drivers can get access to the areas promptly (e.g. exchange security pass, get clearance, etc). Due to security regulations imposed on these areas and we may need more time to contact the recipient to apply for a special delivery pass for our driver to make the delivery. Hence, please place the order at least 3 working days in advance to avoid delay in delivery.

In the event the recipient(s) is not around, our delivery drivers will call and get in touch with the recipient(s) to re-arrange the earliest available delivery timing. Alternatively, you can let us know the next best timing would be to make the delivery.

Yes, we do. However, express delivery is subjected to our drivers' availability, schedule, and route. Please check with our Customer Service team via a phone call at 6844 2222 before making an order.

You will receive an order confirmation shortly after you have submitted your order. If you do not receive this confirmation within four hours of placing your order, please feel free to contact us at (65) 6844 2222 during our office hours to ensure that your order is being processed. You may also like to check your junk mail folder to ensure that the confirmation is not auto-filtered as junk mail.

Don't worry! It is because our system captured your order details but did not receive payment from your payment provider. Our Customer Service Officer will reach out to you within the same working day (next working day if order is placed on a weekend) to complete the payment process via email or phone call. The prices of some flowers like roses are expected to increase during the period leading to Valentine's Day. New prices are effective regardless of when the orders are placed. Arrangements and bouquets with roses shown online and in the catalogue will be subjected to price adjustments, but can be substituted for other flowers at no additional charge.

  • Cancellation of order must be made at least ONE day (24 hrs) in advance before the actual delivery date or a 50% of the selling price will be charged.
  • The FULL price of the order will be charged if a delivery was attempted but no recipient or that the address given was wrong.
