Delivery Information

Delivery and Orders

• All prices are in Singapore Currency (SGD) and all deliveries are within Singapore only.
• Goods & Services Tax (GST) of 9% is applicable on all products and services.
• Delivery charge per destination of $9.50 ($10.36 w/GST) applies w.e.f. 1 February 2023.
• Deliveries to Sentosa / Cargo Complex / PSA / Marina Bay Sands*/ Jurong Island will incur delivery charges of $21.80 (w/GST).
• Deliveries to Mandai Crematorium will incur express delivery charge of $21.80 (w/GST).
• For orders placed on Sunday for same day delivery, the delivery charge will be $19.62 (GST Inclusive) per recipient per single location for most locations. Standard surcharge applies for deliveries to the above stated special locations.
• Hamper orders for Christmas and Lunar New Year will have to be ordered in advance.
• Humming reserves the right to refuse any orders depending on circumstances.
• Delivery to MBS Hotel Guest – Our driver can stop for a short while at the valet service to drop the item(s) at the concierge. Concierge will pass the item(s) to the hotel guest.
• Delivery to MBS Staff – If the staff works in the office located below the hotel, our driver can drop by the concierge on the condition that the recipient agrees to pick up the item(s) at the concierge.
• We are sorry that we cannot accede to requests for our drivers to drop item(s) / meet person at the drop-off point. This is an order by MBS management.

Re-Delivery

• Please ensure that the recipient's address is correct and that someone is available to receive the gift. In the event that the recipient is not around, the gift will be returned to the office and arranged for another delivery time and date. A touch-up and re-delivery fee of up to 50% of the original selling price may be applicable.

Requests for Change in Delivery Time

• Any requests for change in delivery time to a period unspecified in our available time slots or for urgent deliveries will be subjected to a surcharge of $18.00 ($19.62 with GST) or more, depending on the time/location requested.
• All requests for changes in delivery time are subject to conditions such as our drivers’ availability and our delivery cut-off time. Humming Flowers & Gifts reserves the right to reject any delivery request.

Substitution Policy

• We understand that it is of utmost importance for your gift to be delivered on time. Hence, items may be substituted for similar products of equivalent or higher value if necessary. Our florists will ensure that substitutions are done professionally without affecting the overall presentation of the gifts.
• Substitutions may occur for generic items such as:
  
  • Decorative Elements (i.e. specific baskets, vases, plush toys)
  • Items in the hamper (e.g. chocolates, diapers, essences, etc.)
  • Seasonal fresh fruits
  • Colors of fresh flowers

We seek your kind understanding that delivery fulfilment for festive hampers will be carried out over a three-working-day period. Please note that this delivery window excludes Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays for deliveries to office addresses.

Orders received on Sunday or Public Holiday can only be confirmed by the NEXT working day. As such, the earliest delivery can only be done between 2.30PM to 6.00PM on that same working day.
