Note: Orders received on Saturday after 13:30pm or any time on Sunday/Public Holiday can only be confirmed by the NEXT working day. As such, earliest delivery can only be done between 2PM to 6:00PM on that same working day.
(For Christmas Hampers and Chinese New Year Hampers, your order will be delivered within 3 working days from the delivery date you select.)

Sorry, no! All promotions cannot be used in conjunction with each other.
Can I request for my item to be delivered at a specific timing? (e.g between 9.00AM to 10.00AM)?

We are unable to guarantee delivery requests for a specific time or time frame as this is subjected to our drivers' availability, route and delivery load.
What is the procedure for delivery to restricted areas like cargo complex, army camps, Jurong island..etc?
What is the procedure for delivery to restricted areas like cargo complex, army camps, Jurong island..etc?
You may place your orders as per normal. Our drivers will take note of such addresses. Please provide us with the contact number of the recipient(s) so that our delivery drivers can get access to the areas promptly (e.g. exchange security pass, get clearance, etc). Due to security regulations imposed on these areas and we may need more time to contact the recipient to apply for a special delivery pass for our driver to make the delivery. Hence, please place the order at least 3 working days in advance to avoid delay in delivery.

If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, our driver will contact them to arrange the next earliest available delivery slot. Alternatively, you may inform us of a preferred redelivery time. Please ensure the recipient’s address is accurate and that someone is present to receive the gift. If the delivery is still unsuccessful, the item will be returned to our office for rescheduling. A touch-up and re-delivery fee of up to 50% of the original selling price will be applicable.

Yes, we do. However, express delivery is subjected to our drivers' availability, schedule, and route. Please check with our Customer Service team via a phone call at 68442222 before making an order.

You will receive an order confirmation shortly after you have submitted your order. If you do not receive this confirmation within four hours of placing your order, please feel free to contact us at 68442222 during our office hours to ensure that your order is being processed. You may also like to check your junk mail folder to ensure that the confirmation is not auto-filtered as junk mail.

Don't worry! It is because our system captured your order details but did not receive payment from your payment provider. Our Customer Service Officer will reach out to you within the same working day (next working day if order is placed on a weekend) to complete the payment process via email or phone call. You can also write in to us at enquiry@humming.com.sg or call us at 68442222 to complete your payment process.

The prices of some flowers like roses are expected to increase during the period leading to Valentine's Day. New prices are effective regardless of when the orders are placed. Arrangements and bouquets with roses shown online and in the catalogue will be subjected to price adjustments, but can be substituted for other flowers at no additional charge.

Order Cancellation
Cancellation of order must be made at least ONE day (24 hrs) in advance before the actual delivery date or a 50% of the selling price will be charged.
The FULL price of the order will be charged if a delivery was attempted but no recipient or that the address given was wrong. There will be a nominal delivery charge of S$19.62 (with GST) (C.O.D.) if the order is redirected to another address as delivery contractors are paid based on per trip per address basis.
