Wait while we get the order ready
We'll send your recipient a WhatsApp notification one day prior to the intended delivery date to inform them of the upcoming delivery. This ensures your recipient will be available to receive the gift on the intended date and time.
β οΈ A re-delivery charge of $9.50 (before GST) is applicable for each re-delivery attempt.
Check the delivery status of your order
You can check your delivery status at any time using our Track Your Order link. Enter your sales order number or the email address used at checkout to get a live update.
Refunds, Exchanges & Cancellations
π Festive Period
We will refund 5Γ the price of any spoilt food products, or 50% of the hamper value. This guarantee is valid for food hampers delivered within Singapore. You can also be assured of prompt delivery β within 3 working days for standard hampers and 4 working days for specially-packed hampers β from the date of order confirmation.
π¦ Non-Festive Period
We provide free replacements for feedback received before 5:00pm (weekdays) or 12:00pm (Saturdays) on the day of delivery. Refunds for perishable items are at the discretion of management. A cancellation fee of 50% of the selling price is chargeable. Full purchase amount applies if the order has already been delivered. Refunds are processed within 3β4 working weeks.
