Delivery Information

Outlying islands or restricted area cannot be delivered.

Due to the peak Mid-Autumn Festival season, delivery may be fulfilled within a 3-working-day window from the selected delivery date.

We will make every effort to deliver on the selected date. In the event of a delay, delivery will be completed within the following 2 working days.

For deliveries to office addresses, please note that Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays are excluded from the delivery window calculation.

Delivery Fees
Prices shown exclude delivery fees and the delivery charges will be calculated at checkout.

A delivery fee of $10.36 (inclusive of GST) applies per recipient to a single location within Singapore. An additional surcharge of $11.46 (inclusive of GST) applies for deliveries to restricted or special-access locations, including Mandai Crematorium, Marina Bay Sands, Sentosa, Jurong Island, and airline or cargo areas (e.g. Airport Cargo Complex, Airline Road). Delivery fees may increase during peak and seasonal periods.

Redelivery Fees
Please ensure the recipient’s address is accurate and that someone is available to receive the gift. If the delivery is unsuccessful, the item will be returned to our office and rescheduled. A touch-up and re-delivery fee of up to 50% of the original selling price will apply.
